Dimanche matin : Evaluation espace lointain ||
VDM, LRE, RI 40-20, RA2 30-10, CP

Dimanche aprem : Travail espace médian ||
Apnée en scapandre, RSE 20, Révision techniques de sauvetage, mécanisation (masque noir), CP

Lundi matin : Travail espace lointain ||
Signes 40, assistance/sauvetage 40-20 CP

Lundi aprem : Travail espace médian + orientation ||
Reprise des exos difficiles, orientation compas

Mardi matin : Validation espace lointain ||
Signes 40, assistance/sauvetage si besoin, CP

Mardi aprem : Orientation, CP ||
Topographie + photos du site + EXAMEN (ECRIT + ORAL)

Mercredi matin : plongée profonde si possible (au delà de l'espace lointain) ||
Déco nitrox ou oxy, "encadrement" par E3, CP

Mercredi aprem : repos mérité ;-)  ||
Et apéro si validations.

Jeudi et vendredi : libre (autonomie 40 ?)
